
E-Procurement/Tender Assistant

Job description:
*Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in a similar service of Facility Management /Housekeeping /Sanitation related work.
Hiring an experienced E-Tender/E-Procurement/Government Tender/GEM Portal Assistant with a strong background of sales through Government bids and tenders via GeM E-Procurement Portals. You should be skilled in updating product catalogs on GEM, preparing tender documents, and managing customer enquiries. Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and various bid submission methods is required (Online & Offline).
Extensive knowledge of Gem Portal/E- tendering Portal.
- Providing documentary support to our tender team & other dealers/distributors for tenders & other procurement channels.
- Tender specification screening for our in-house tender team & for other dealers.
- Product Preparation for tender demonstration in coordination with the service & sales team.
- Maintaining tender record/Installation record/Performance copies/Po copies etc.
- Technical Specification draft/amendment etc.
- Product Literature / Brochure design & Proofing support.
- All other miscellaneous technical documentation & support to the team in the absence of Product Manager/Business Head
- Detail understanding of data management, and data risk preferred
- Understanding of BCG compliance policies and process
- Communicating with senior stakeholder to ensure compliance rates. You will need to regularly follow up with them through email, calls and F2F meetings.
- Understand/ analysis of current compliance process to brainstorm & suggest what can be improved.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR for cases and Employee data.
Data analytics for Operations team
- Support Ops Manager to create reports and Dashboards on Ops related areas
- Work with teams on gathering & cleaning info related to Administration
Other ad-hoc tasks for internal teams if required
PROFICIENCIES:
- Microsoft PowerPoint (Basic); Microsoft Word (Basic); Microsoft Outlook (Basic)
- Microsoft Excel (Advance) - Compliance report generation and weekly reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are compelling and persuasive, e.g., negotiating skillfully in tough situations, convincing others to act.
