Recruitment Executive

• Sourcing and Screening:Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Candidate Assessment:Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and conducting in-person interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Communication and Relationship Building:Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with information about the organization and the role, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Offer Negotiation:Negotiating salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment with selected candidates.
• Process Management:Ensuring that the entire recruitment process is compliant with legal and ethical standards, maintaining accurate records, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Reporting and Analysis:Generating reports on recruitment activities, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to improve the recruitment process.
• Employer Branding:Contributing to the organization's employer brand by showcasing its culture and values to potential candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
