Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Manage teams of branch managers to acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and provide comprehensive banking services.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.
  • Build strong networks to sell multiple products across locations.
  • Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate customers.
  • Spearhead manpower planning, recruitment, and training processes.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives and ensure their implementation.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Mentor senior team members to foster customer-centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
  • Create an environment for automation and digital enablement.
  • Attract and retain top talent to meet growth targets.
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers.

Graduation: Any

Post-graduation: MBA

Professional Qualification/Certification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
