Job Responsibilities:
  • Shift management activities in Farication Shop.
  • Interface with technicians on Grinding/material issues.
  • Provide Grinding support to Manufacturing, Engineering and the Field.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning technician , accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems
  • Responsible for maintaining the discipline in shop .
  • Responsible for Fabrication KPI and continuous improvement activities for improving the departamental processes, productivity .
  • Responsible for implimention OPEX methodology in Fabrication .
  • Coaches and provides Training to shop floor employees for quality ,processes and safety .
  • Responsible for communication and Information sharing with workforce necessary to meet Goals
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and safety standard in Grinding shop
  • Safety at work place

  • Inventory control
Desirable Skills:
  • SAP,
  • MS Office & Internet
  • Internally interface with manufacturing engineer, Engineering and Quality department, externally interface with consumable suppliers
  • Key KPIs: OTD, Safety, 5S, Cost, quality KPI, utilization of available resources
