Position: Barista for Barista Store

Age Requirement: 25 to 35 years

Shift: 2-11 PM (Rotational)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for the position of Barista Sales Boy at KW Delhi 6, Rajnagar Extension. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong background in the coffee or café industry.

Important Criteria (Mandatory):

  • Candidate must either hold a degree/diploma in Hotel Management
  • OR Have prior work experience in a café/coffee shop environment
  • Should know how to prepare a variety of coffee beverages
  • Must be residing near the Rajnagar Extension location OR willing to relocate to the area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Maintain food safety standards and follow FIFO practices
  • Manage stock and inventory with accuracy
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
  • Support store operations during staff shortages or emergencies
  • Ensure smooth shift transitions and daily operations

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in a coffee chain / QSR / café industry
  • Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Customer handling and sales
  • Time and shift management
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation & stock management
