**Job Description: Barista / All-Rounder**

**Location**: Solitaire Business Hub, Viman Nagar, Pune

**Work Days**: 6 days a week, one day off

**Timings**: Flexible, with availability to work late during events

**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic **Barista / All-Rounder** who can bring energy, creativity, and a love for coffee to our café. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, experimenting with new recipes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Soch et Latté.

**Responsibilities**

1. **Coffee Preparation**:

- Brew coffee and prepare specialty coffee items such as affogato, cold brews, lattes, and cappuccinos.
- Experiment with new coffee recipes and stay updated on coffee trends.

2. **Food Preparation**:

- Assist in creating and serving bakery items, sandwiches, and other light dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

3. **Customer Service**:

- Take orders with a welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle billing and operate the café’s Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.

4. **Café Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café.
- Restock supplies and manage inventory.
- Assist in setting up and managing the café during events like live music or networking sessions.

5. **Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth café operations.
- Be eager to learn, innovate, and experiment with food and beverages to keep the menu exciting.

**Skills & Qualifications**

**Experience**: Previous experience as a barista or in a café/restaurant is preferred, but not mandatory if you’re eager to learn.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Ability to prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee items.
- Basic understanding of food preparation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Energetic, friendly, and a team player.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including late evenings for events.
- **Education**: No formal education required, but certifications in coffee brewing or culinary arts are a plus.
