Role Overview:

The Presales Executive will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a key role in converting inquiries into confirmed projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flair for design understanding, and the ability to present our services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries via calls, emails, and website forms promptly and professionally.
  • Understand client requirements, budget, and timelines.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, mood boards, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Follow up with leads to answer queries, clarify doubts, and convert them into projects.
  • Maintain a CRM / lead tracker to document all client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and improve the presales process.
  • Attend client meetings (online/offline) and provide professional representation of Belaku Interiors.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline; design/architecture background is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making presentations and handling client objections.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and basic understanding of materials/finishes.
  • Experience with CRM tools or Microsoft Excel for lead tracking.
  • Proactive, organized, and target-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
