  • Act as a central coordination point between exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Source vendors through designated portals, introduce them to the company and its requirements, and follow up regularly to ensure alignment, timely responses, and delivery
  • Facilitate communication and documentation flow between all stakeholders involved in international shipments
  • Monitor and track shipment status; ensure timely pickups, dispatches, and deliveries
  • Coordinate and assist in preparing documents required for customs clearance, such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, clearances, and communications
  • Handle travel and visa arrangements for team members or clients, if needed
  • Use Excel to manage and analyze data related to shipments, clients, or operations
  • Support the team with data entry, reporting, and overall process improvement
  • Follow up with relevant parties to ensure adherence to timelines and resolve any bottlenecks
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
