We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Brand Marketing Manager
to lead our brand presence across digital and social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing social media channels, creating engaging campaigns, and ensuring consistent communication across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and execute
brand marketing strategies
to strengthen brand identity and positioning.
- Own and manage the company's
social media presence
(LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute
content calendars, campaigns, and collaborations
to drive engagement and growth.
- Monitor
social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
to stay ahead.
- Create and maintain
brand guidelines
ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
- Engage actively with audiences — responding to queries, comments, and messages across platforms.
- Work closely with design, content, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Collaborate with PR, event, and partnership teams to amplify brand presence.
- Track, analyze, and report on
brand and social media KPIs
(engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions).
- Identify opportunities for
influencer partnerships and community building
.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–3 years of proven experience in
brand marketing and social media management
.
- Strong understanding of
digital marketing, branding, and consumer psychology
.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience with
social media management tools
(Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar).
- Creative thinker with ability to design and implement innovative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to measure impact and optimize performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
