Job Title- US IT Recruiter

Experience- 1 year+

Location- Jaipur

Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract IT professionals through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals for US-based positions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, negotiate compensation, and manage offer processes.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and vendors.
  • Stay informed about US recruitment trends, immigration/work authorization (H1B, OPT, CPT), and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment or technical staffing.
  • Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and visa classifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
