The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality IT solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Develop process models, flowcharts, use cases, and wireframes as needed.
  • Manage requirement traceability and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with training and documentation.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative IT solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Visio, or similar.
  • Experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data analysis or SQL.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.Additional Details:
