About Us

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Success & Sales Executive who can drive client satisfaction, ensure long-term relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize value.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Track customer feedback and work towards continuous service improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and customer success targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or client-facing roles (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
