Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications and platforms.
  • Team Management: Guide, mentor, and coach junior and mid-level engineers; foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • System Architecture: Drive discussions on design, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Develop frontend applications (React/Angular/Vue) and backend services , Python, Java).
  • Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or open-source equivalents).
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of deployed systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly in open-source, cloud-native, and AI-driven ecosystems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in cloud engineering and full-stack development.
  • Track record of leading teams or technical ownership of projects.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue (with deep JavaScript/TypeScript expertise).
    • Backend: , Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or Java/Spring.
    • Databases: SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
  • Expert-level experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or open-source alternatives).
  • Strong expertise in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Hands-on experience with automation & infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions in production.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs).
  • Experience with Agentic AI applications and integrations.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or thought leadership in engineering communities.
  • Experience in scaling engineering teams or leading multiple squads.
