Regulatory Affairs Officer

Job Description:
The License Handling Officer is responsible for managing all regulatory licenses, permits, and approvals required for clinic operations. This role ensures full compliance with healthcare regulations and coordinates with government and regulatory authorities to maintain uninterrupted clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle application, renewal, amendment, and cancellation of clinic licenses and permits.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with health departments, municipalities, insurance bodies, and other regulatory authorities.
- Prepare, submit, and track all required documentation, forms, and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, certificates, inspections, and regulatory correspondence.
- Monitor license expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or service interruptions.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Stay updated with changes in healthcare laws and regulatory requirements.
- Assist management in implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Address regulatory queries and resolve compliance-related issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and licensing processes.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in clinic or healthcare regulatory affairs preferred.

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
