Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Head of Growth to lead client acquisition and performance marketing at scale. The ideal candidate will own the strategy and execution of growth initiatives, leveraging digital channels, automation, and analytics to optimize CAC, maximize LTV, and drive sustainable ROI. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical depth, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition Strategy:

    Design and implement scalable digital strategies across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, funnels, and automation to accelerate client acquisition.
  • Growth Campaign Execution:

    Lead paid and organic growth campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement in CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Performance Analytics:

    Build and monitor dashboards to track funnels, KPIs, and campaign outcomes, using insights to guide decision-making.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

    Analyze industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partnership Development:

    Develop and manage strategic partnerships, affiliates, and referral programs to diversify and expand acquisition channels.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or client acquisition roles
  • Strong command of growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing metrics-driven growth

Good-to-Have Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, attribution models, and advanced analytics tools
