Candidate should have good Knowledge of understand Electrical drawings.

  • Technical support during equipment debugging and factory production processes
  • Prepare technical documents such as design documents and test documents
  • Provide technical support: On-site debugging, troubleshooting, and design improvement
  • Knowledge of Handling on experience in Load cells,Drives,LVDT,PLC HMI,VFD and Servo drives
  • PLC programming or host computer programming experience. Familiar with STM32 MCU or Codesys programming
  • Experience in non-standard automation equipment development projects is preferred, especially on-site debugging experience
  • Trouble shoots and solves issues arising during machine Installing time. Provide alternate solutions and improvements.
  • Work with QA/Controls engineers for testing of sub-assemblies and machines
  • Troubleshoot the equipment to improve the reliability and reduce MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure) .
  • Ensure that the machine or automation solution is trouble free prior to shipment to the customer.
  • Maintain the workbenches and assembly area in an orderly manner, help with receiving and shipment of equipment Work with all safety protection such as safety glasses, safety shoes and gloves.
  • Take responsibility for our machines at customer site Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
