We are looking for an experienced CNC Senior Service Engineer to lead service operations, handle installations, and ensure smooth machine performance at customer sites. Key Responsibilities: - Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC machines at customer locations. - Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues and provide timely solutions. - Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for complex technical support and spare parts management. - Conduct preventive maintenance and machine health inspections as per schedule. - Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers and junior service engineers. - Train customers on machine operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices. - Document service activities, prepare service reports, and maintain records. - Support sales teams in pre- and post-sales technical discussions when required. - Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery. - Supervise and mentor junior service engineers and technicians. Desired Candidate Profile: - Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. - Experience: 8 –10 years in CNC machine installation, service, and maintenance. - Strong hands-on experience with CNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi / L&T). - Good knowledge of mechanical alignment, electrical circuits, and control parameters. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and customer-handling ability. - Willingness to travel frequently to client locations across India.
