Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and provide change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement effective cash management procedures to minimize errors.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Cashier or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and software.
