Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives for our hygiene product portfolio including diapers, sanitary napkins, maternity pads, and wet wipes. The role will focus on brand awareness, consumer education, lead generation, and e-commerce growth, ensuring strong digital visibility while complying with healthcare and FMCG regulations.

Key Responsibilities.

  1. Digital Strategy & Brand Building

  2. Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies for hygiene and personal care brands.

  3. Build strong online brand positioning for womens hygiene and baby care products.

  4. Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  5. Performance Marketing & Consumer Acquisition

  6. Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  7. Drive customer acquisition, product trials, and repeat purchases through digital funnels.

  8. Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

  9. Social Media & Content Marketing

  10. Manage social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

  11. Create educational and awareness-based content around menstrual hygiene, maternity care, baby care, and personal hygiene.

  12. Coordinate influencer marketing, doctor/mother blogger collaborations, and brand advocacy campaigns.

  13. Website, SEO & CRM Management

  14. Manage company website, product pages, and landing pages for campaigns and launches.

  15. Execute SEO strategies to improve organic reach for hygiene and FMCG keywords.

  16. Integrate CRM and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

  17. E-Commerce & Marketplace Marketing

  18. Lead digital growth initiatives for Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms.

  19. Optimize product listings, A+ content, keywords, ratings, and reviews.

  20. Plan promotional campaigns, brand store optimization, and marketplace ads.

  21. Analytics, Reporting & Budget Control

  22. Track digital KPIs including traffic, engagement, lead generation, sales conversion, and retention.

  23. Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.

  24. Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently with agency and vendor coordination.

  25. Cross-Functional & Team Collaboration

  26. Work closely with sales, product development, regulatory, and packaging teams.

  27. Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and influencers.
  28. Guide and mentor internal digital marketing team members.
