Job : Customer Service Executive Hindi & English Voice Process

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support existing
  • Verify customer details and update information accurately in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries related to policy details, coverage, and status.
  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service quality standards and adhere to call center protocols.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer concerns.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented for audit and compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
  • Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
  • Experience: 0 3 years in Customer Support / BPO / Insurance Process.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools / MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Candidates with prior experience in Voice Process / Insurance / Customer Handling will be given preference.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
