Senior Associate - Content Writer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Associate – Content Writer to drive the development of educational content tailored for diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand and learner needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and write compelling, accurate, and learner-focused content including articles, blogs, scripts, social media posts, and academic resources.
  • Translate complex academic concepts into simple, engaging, and easy-to understand content for students.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, designers, and video production teams to create impactful multimedia content.
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to instructional design principles.
  • Review, edit, and proofread content created by junior team members to maintain high quality and tone of voice.
  • Stay updated on EdTech trends, learner behaviours, and innovative content strategies to bring fresh ideas into content creation.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help design content campaigns that improve learner engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a flair for simplifying academic concepts.
  • Experience in scripting for video-based learning and digital content creation. Familiarity with SEO practices, online learning platforms, and social media content strategy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines. Attention to detail with strong grammar, vocabulary, and editing skills.
