About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset, hands-on expertise in campaign optimization, and proven experience in driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Oversee content marketing, email campaigns, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and landing page builders.
