As a Trainer at AptiTalent, you will support students in improving their communication skills, building confidence, and enhancing their public speaking abilities. This is a part-time role, with sessions held primarily on weekends.
Responsibilities
Deliver customized training modules focused on public speaking techniques and communication strategies
Provide personalized feedback and coaching to support student growth
Design and conduct simple assessments to track participant progress
Create a positive and encouraging learning environment
Conduct periodic evaluations and reviews to ensure continued improvement
During non-teaching hours, contribute to content creation and social media presence
Qualifications
Master's students (any year) and freshers are eligible to apply.
Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, Communication, English Literature, etc.)
A natural interest in mentoring, training, or guiding others
Strong command of English, both spoken and written
Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback
Organized, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable working with students
Availability on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) is mandatory — with 2 compensatory weekdays off
Must have a broadband internet connection and a personal laptop
This is a part-time role, ideal for students balancing academics and work
