Key Responsibilities:

Test Case Design & Execution

  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
  • Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Bug Reporting

  • Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs or issues using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Bugzilla.
  • Track and verify bug fixes in collaboration with the development team.

Requirement Understanding

  • Review functional and design specifications to understand the scope and purpose of the application under test.
  • Raise clarifications where requirements are unclear or ambiguous.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
  • Participate in daily standups and QA sync meetings.

Understanding of Testing types and Techniques

  • Perform regression testing on previously tested functionalities after code changes.
  • Execute smoke testing to ensure basic functionality before in-depth testing.

Documentation

  • Assist in maintaining QA documentation including test reports, checklists, and bug logs.

Learning & Growth

  • Continuously learn and improve QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging testing trends and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools
  • Understanding of testing types: functional, regression, UI/UX testing.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
