Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented VKYC Executive to join our customer onboarding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting video-based KYC verifications and possess strong communication skills to handle real-time customer interactions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct VKYC (Video KYC) sessions with customers via secure video conferencing platforms.
- Verify and authenticate customer identity and documents as per company and regulatory guidelines.
- Review and analyze identification documents including PAN, Aadhaar, etc., ensuring compliance with RBI and internal policies.
- Use facial recognition tools and biometric validation systems to verify customer identity accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of VKYC interactions and documentation.
- Ensure customer data confidentiality and adhere to data protection and privacy laws.
- Provide support and clarification to customers regarding the VKYC process.
- escalate any suspicious or non-compliant activity to the appropriate internal team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in VKYC or related verification processes.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Familiarity with KYC norms and compliance regulations.
- Basic knowledge of biometric and facial recognition technology is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple customer sessions efficiently and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
