About the Role:

At One Coding Academy, we're looking for dynamic individuals who can play a key role in building student success stories.

This role blends communication, coordination, and technology exposure — giving you the professional edge to grow in multiple industries like HR, EdTech, Business Operations, and Corporate Training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for students — guide them through admissions, learning, and placement journey.
  • Communicate effectively through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure smooth engagement.
  • Coordinate between trainers, placement mentors, and management for daily operations.
  • Support placement drives, resume reviews, and LinkedIn/Naukri profile optimization.
  • Maintain and update reports in Excel, Sheets, and internal CRM systems.
  • Manage social media or marketing coordination for placement updates and success stories.
  • Learn and adapt to new tools like Google Workspace, Power Automate, and AI-driven communication systems.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (English and Tamil).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities confidently.
  • Interest in career development, HR, or operations roles.
