Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team specializing in pneumatic tools (such as breakers, rock drills, chipping hammers, etc.).

The ideal candidate should have experience in precision mining tools assembly and spare parts—such as pneumatic rock drills, breakers, or equivalent experience in the automobile sector. The candidate should be proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as air gauges, bore dial gauges, bevel protectors, and should possess practical workshop knowledge, which is preferable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and verify the quality of incoming pneumatic tools, spare parts, and components against purchase specifications and drawings.
  • Check for any damage, defects, or deviations before stocking.
  • Conduct visual checks and dimensional inspections using precision instruments (e.g., air gauges, bore dial gauges, calipers, micrometers).
  • Ensure components meet tolerance and quality standards.
  • Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and test certificates.
  • Report non-conforming products to the quality and purchase team for corrective actions.
  • Ensure only approved and tested items are dispatched to customers.
  • Suggest improvements for quality processes and product handling.
  • Follow safety protocols during inspection and handling of pneumatic tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
