**Job Title: QC Inspector**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Visual Inspections**:
Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products for surface defects like cracks, scratches, pits, and inclusions.

**Dimensional Measurements**:
Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions, tolerances, and thickness according to specifications.

**Testing Procedures**:
Conduct chemical analysis, hardness testing, tensile strength, and bend tests to ensure compliance with material properties.

**Documentation & Reporting**:
Maintain detailed inspection reports, record non-conformances, and communicate findings to production and quality teams.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

**Experience**: 1-2 years in quality control inspection of iron and steel products.

**Technical Skills**:Proficiency with precision measuring tools and testing equipment.

**Soft Skills**:Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
