Telecaller Sales Executive – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote company services (production, media & entertainment).
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain client database and update CRM regularly.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and handle queries effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months–2 years of telesales/telecalling experience.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Sales Team Leader – Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of telecaller sales executives.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure team achievement.
  • Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the team.
  • Handle escalated client queries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
  • Drive business growth by strategizing sales plans.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the entertainment/production industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
