The Role & Key Responsibilities:

Website maintenance

· Global website custodian: Be the owner for the suite of websites that sit within the Apex Group, ensuring all sites are up-to-date, functioning correctly, and visually appealing.

· Content manager: Taking Group approved content (text, images, videos) and creating or updating web pages across the suite of websites that sit within the Group including proof-reading website content ensuring it adheres to the Group approved Tone of Voice and language style guides and best practice SEO technics.

· SEO assistant: Support SEO Manager in delivering enhancement activities including; Broken link reports and corrections; Website 301 redirect mapping; Keyword research by audience, category and/or location and PPC campaign optimisation tasks

· Website support: Be the website champion that and identify and resolve any technical issues either alone or through collaboration with our digital support agency.

· Lead generation liaison: Collaborating with product and demand marketing managers to assist in lead generation enhancements such as managing web page design template updates, landing page creation, campaign reporting, etc.

Analytics

· You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on website conversion and goals reporting

· Assisting in the collection of analytical data and analysis for digital marketing reports

· Work with other teams across marketing and other business functions to extract and report on ad-hoc data requests

· Implement and manage GA4 tracking across all Apex web properties.

· Define and configure custom events, conversions, and audiences in GA4.

· Create dashboards and reports using GA4 and Google Looker Studio to support marketing KPIs.

· Analyze user behavior, traffic sources, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.

· Collaborate with developers to ensure proper tagging and data layer implementation.

· Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on GA4 usage and insights.

· Stay updated on GA4 feature releases and industry best practices.

Skills Required:

· Knowledge of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, and basic programming

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively

· Good written and verbal communications skills

· Diligent with good attention to detail

· An analytical mind-set with a passion for analyzing website traffic and user behaviour data and problem-solving

· Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across geographies and levels

· Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office

· An interest in financial services
