Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver customized workout plans for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions with energy and professionalism
  • Monitor client progress and adjust routines to maximize results
  • Educate members on proper form, technique, and injury prevention
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating workout environment
  • Promote BurnFit's wellness programs, challenges, and events
  • Stay updated with fitness trends, certifications, and training techniques
  • Assist in onboarding new members and guiding them through their fitness journey

Requirements

  • Certified Fitness Trainer
  • Strong knowledge of strength training, cardio, HIIT, and functional fitness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
  • Ability to motivate and engage clients of all ages and fitness levels
  • Basic understanding of nutrition and recovery principles
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
