**Job Summary**:
As a Gym Trainer at PowerFit, you will play a vital role in guiding and motivating our members towards achieving their fitness goals. You will provide one-on-one and group training sessions, demonstrate exercises, ensure proper use of gym equipment, and offer expert advice on fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Your goal is to create personalized workout plans that help individuals enhance their physical health and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead individual and group fitness training sessions, offering tailored exercise routines based on members' goals and abilities.
- Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment, ensuring members are practicing safe and effective techniques.
- Assess members' fitness levels and design personalized workout programs to meet their individual needs and goals.
- Provide ongoing motivation and encouragement to members during their fitness journeys.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, fitness nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest fitness trends.
- Participate in gym events and promotions as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every member.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a gym trainer or fitness instructor, with knowledge of various fitness techniques and programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse clients.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals at all fitness levels.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Certification as a Fitness Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) is a plus.
- Experience in specific fitness programs (e.g., HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training) is a plus.
- Knowledge of nutrition and ability to provide basic dietary advice.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other staff members.
