Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Nirman Consultants, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing and controlling project costs, planning and reporting costs throughout the construction lifecycle, and ensuring projects remain within budget. The role involves working closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide accurate financial and budgetary analysis to support efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cost control, cost management, and cost planning to ensure financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and producing cost reporting for construction projects.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site capacity while maintaining effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in large-scale or international construction projects is advantageous.
