Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in
New Delhi
for a
Senior Quantity Surveyor
specializing in corporate interiors. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost control, and cost reporting. This role also involves overseeing project budgets, evaluating tenders, ensuring accurate cost estimation, and collaborating with project teams to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    Billing, Site Measurement,
    and
    Documentation
  • Strong expertise in preparing and managing
    Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Experience in generating and analyzing Cost Reporting
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within financial objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional analytical and numerical skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate interiors projects is highly desirable
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
