About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Client Partner
to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building strong client relationships, have a keen interest in business development, and are eager to grow within a fast-paced and client-centric environment.

As an Associate Client Partner, you will work closely with senior client partners and internal teams to support client engagements, maintain relationships, and contribute to account growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Partners in managing client accounts and relationships.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal delivery/recruitment teams.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and help develop client engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Prepare client-facing documents, proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct market and industry research to support client needs and strategic planning.
  • Track client feedback and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of client management and business development processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and high level of professionalism.
