Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and incentive data.
- Compute wages, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses, and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other filings.
- Handle full & final settlements for employees on exit.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
- Address and resolve payroll queries raised by employees in a timely manner.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate payroll documentation.
- Prepare and circulate payroll MIS reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for management review.
- Provide payroll analytics and insights to support decision-making.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and advance Excel
- Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle payroll queries effectively.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹500,000.00 per year
