Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team for an Airport/ metro Station project at Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in planning and managing infrastructure projects, particularly in the airport or metro sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

  2. Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project progress to ensure optimal utilization.

  3. Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges and delays.

  5. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.

  6. Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation records.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in airport or metro infrastructure projects.

  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

  6. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project planning and execution.

  7. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Desirable Attributes:

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory and operational environment of Airport or similar infrastructure projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
