Role & responsibilities

  • Understand technical roles to effectively evaluate candidates.
  • Use multiple sourcing channels to find potential candidates.
  • Develop a strong screening process for evaluating hard and soft skills.
  • Engage with candidates to keep them informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Promote your employer brand to attract top tech talent.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and find the best candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

  • Any Graduate
  • 5+yrs of Recruitment experience
