What Youll Do:

  • Provide L2 support for Linux servers (Red Hat/CentOS/Ubuntu) and VMware infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi).
  • Troubleshoot OS-level issues, perform Linux installations, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Monitor and manage VMware virtual infrastructureVM provisioning, snapshots, resource allocation, and vMotion.
  • Support incidents and service requests via call, chat, and tickets.
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Follow ITIL processes: incident, change, problem, and knowledge management.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and communicate effectively with users.
  • Basic Windows admin knowledge is a plus.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Linux and VMware administration.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and remote troubleshooting.
  • Experience working in a 24x7 support environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service Desk or IT support experience is highly desirable.
