Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer who can independently handle design requirements across digital and print platforms while also managing and mentoring a team of junior graphic designers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality creatives for social media, campaigns, and marketing initiatives
  • Design layouts, illustrations, banners, posters, newsletters, branding creatives, letterheads, and other marketing materials
  • Handle both print media and digital media design requirements
  • Coordinate closely with the content and digital marketing teams for daily deliverables
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms
  • Manage, guide, and review work of junior graphic designers
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Mandatory proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of design tasks
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference design requirements
  • Coordinate closely with the content and digital marketing teams for daily deliverables
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms
  • Manage, guide, and review the work of junior graphic designers
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
