We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join American Webtech. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining high-quality websites that are fast, responsive, SEO-friendly, and visually appealing. This role requires a versatile developer who can handle design, development, debugging, performance optimization, and basic graphic editing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins.
  • Integrate and customize WooCommerce for e-commerce websites.
  • Optimize website speed using caching, CDN, image compression, and other best practices.
  • Implement SEO best practices for improved rankings and organic traffic.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
  • Proficiency with Elementor and WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of SEO (on-page, technical SEO) and Google Search Console basics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
