Prime responsibilities of circle sourcing lead are
- Candidate will be responsible for negotiation, sourcing and price benchmarking of product and services.
- Candidate will be responsible for end to end Purchase to Pay cycle.
- Candidate will be responsible for vendor performance evaluation and Contract Governance
- Candidate should actively identify opportunities for improvement and automation of existing procurement systems and processes.
- Candidate should actively undertake strategic initiatives and change management for the improvement of sourcing & procurement function.
- Candidate should working with business and finance to identify and drive savings and focus on total cost of ownership.
- Candidate must adherence to the process and code of conduct.
What specific skills and traits should this person possess?
1. Knowledge of Network and Service Sourcing.
2. Adept at sourcing process of RFI/RFP/RFQ, NFA, Commercial negotiations, commercial comparison
and evaluations.
3. Vendor and Contract Management
4. Problem-solving & Analytical skills
5. High level of integrity
6. Good communication skills
Basic Qualification
Graduation / MBA in Supply Chain Management
