Job Title: UK Shift Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Location: Chennai

Experience Required: 1 – 3 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - 9:30 pm IST

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated UK Shift Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires for UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various domains.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and urgent requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to client requirements and deliver within stipulated timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases with accuracy.
  • Build strong professional relationships with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
  • Previous experience working in UK/International shifts is preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close offers within budget and timelines.
