We are looking for a Junior Project Manager – Client Onboarding who will take complete ownership of onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to go-live. This role demands strong communication and analytical skills, a structured approach to project management, and the ability to leverage data and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI) to monitor progress and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end client onboarding journey, acting as the single point of contact between internal teams and clients.

  • Create and execute detailed onboarding project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and policies.

  • Track, analyze, and report onboarding progress using Excel and Power BI dashboards, identifying risks and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, KAM, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, escalations, and mitigation plans.

  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and compliance records throughout the onboarding process.

  • Continuously refine onboarding processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Balance data-driven insights with strong program management ownership to deliver a smooth client experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in program/project management, client onboarding, or operations.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to own and deliver end-to-end projects within set timelines and policies.

  • Data analysis background with working knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Power BI.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
