Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced TIG Welders and CO2 (MIG/MAG) Welders who have strong technical skills and hands-on expertise in welding operations. The candidates must have the ability to produce clean, precise, and high-quality welds while maintaining safety and procedural standards. Work involves fabrication using MS Channels, MS Sheets, and related metal structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG and/or CO2 welding on Mild Steel (MS) components including channels, sheets, and fabricated structures.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication sketches, and welding diagrams.
  • Ensure weld quality, alignment, and finishing meets quality and strength requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and neatness while executing welds at a consistent pace.
  • Perform grinding, finishing, and basic metal preparation tasks where required.
  • Conduct routine checks on welding equipment and ensure safe operation at all times.
  • Inspect completed welds for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow workplace safety and PPE guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in TIG or CO2 welding (minimum 2+ years preferred).
  • Must have a strong and steady welding hand with good finishing quality.
  • Certification in welding (ITI / Trade Certificate / Equivalent) preferred.
  • Good understanding of metal properties, heat control, and welding parameters.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver consistent high-quality output.
  • Knowledge of fabrication and fitting is an added advantage.
