Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

About Us:

Zikrabyte Solutions is a fast-growing tech company focused on building innovative AI-driven products. We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team and help manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
