Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of customer service representatives in our BPO operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, driving performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives.

  2. Monitor and improve team performance, ensuring targets are met.

  3. Provide coaching and feedback to team members.

  4. Handle complex customer escalations.

  5. Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues.

  6. Analyze data and implement process improvements.

  7. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. 1-6 months of experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor in the BPO sector (Indeed experience preferred but not mandatory).

  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹27,000.00 per month
