Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with business units to understand reporting needs and deliver customized data solutions.
  • Create automated reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Train and support junior MIS staff and end-users on tools and reports.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
  • Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 6+ years of total experience in the ITES industry, with minimum 3 years in a dedicated MIS or Business Intelligence role.
  • At least 1 year of experience mentoring team members in MIS or BI roles, with a proven track record of leadership or guidance.
  • Expertise in MS Office Applications especially Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL and VBScript, BI Tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to present executive-level summaries and dashboards to senior management.
