Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales team. The role includes setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. The Sales Manager will also handle customer inquiries, follow up on sales leads, and work to achieve overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Strategic Sales Planning and identifying sales opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Ability to manage and lead a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
