About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Developer
to join our backend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable applications, designing APIs, and managing databases. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance, secure, and maintainable backend systems that power our business applications.

Key Responsibilities


•       Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using and modern frameworks , NestJS, etc.).


•       Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile platforms.


•       Integrate third-party services, internal systems, and APIs.


•       Implement and manage SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.


•       Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.


•       Write clean, well-structured, and testable code following best practices.


•       Conduct thorough unit/integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.


•       Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams for smooth integration and delivery.


•       Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural discussions.


•       Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements where relevant.

Required Skills And experience


•       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.


• –6 years of professional experience in backend development with


•       Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous/event-driven programming.


•       Proficiency with frameworks such as

NestJS
.


•       Hands-on experience with databases like
MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
.


•       Familiarity with
Git, Docker, Kubernetes
, and cloud platforms (
AWS/GCP/Azure
).


•       Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and security best practices.


•       Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills


•       Experience with
GraphQL
or
WebSockets
for real-time applications.


•       Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, ) for better collaboration.


•       Knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps workflows.


•       Exposure to
microservices architecture
.


•       Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) and performance monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog).
